1. Webmaster Services and Web Site Management:
I provide web hosting, web design and webmaster services for individuals wanting to have
a web site. I work one-on-one with you to keep your web site online and
current. My specialty is helping people just like you starting out on the
internet, or to help existing small web sites become bigger and receive more
traffic. We have a mutual collaboration and stay in touch by e-mail or phone.
2. Who Needs a Web Site:
You have a vision and are just getting started, or have a small customer base
or a part-time business. Maybe you have a flyer or brochure that you handout.
Your product or service has potential, but you realize having a web site would
give you more of a professional edge. You would also like to start listing your
web site on business cards or handouts.
3. What It Costs to Get Started:
The preparation of your first web page is $50 which includes scanning in
your logo if you have one, or uploading your photographs or drawings. I prepare
your web pages and you get to review them and provide me with feedback.
4. Web Pages, Logos, Graphics:
Additional basic web pages can be added later at a cost of $50 each. If you
want an interactive forms page that gathers information from readers, such as
mailing or e-mail addresses for newsletter or contact purposes, the cost is $75. Logo designs if you need one start at $50.
5. Contract Period:
A contract period is 12 months because domain name registrations are renewed
every 12 months.
6. Advertising Your Web Site on the Internet:
I can also arrange for your web site's services to be advertised on the
internet. The cost varies based on how much advertising you want, but your willingness to spend $1 day on advertising could bring you the customers you are seeking. This is another very important option for you to consider.
7. For Established Web Sites:
This is intended for the person with an established business or other
venture. You may already have a pre-existing web site that you want to transfer
to me to handle. Monthly updates to your web site are included in this price.
8. Do-It-Yourself Option:
This is for the person who is mostly independent with his or her web site,
designs and uploads his own web pages, but still wants occasional contact with a webmaster via phone
or e-mail to troubleshoot problems with pages or programs not working correctly at the web site, etc.
9. Copyrights and Trademarks:
You are responsible for any graphics or pictures which you want me to upload to your web site, including but not limited to, naming their work or business, assurance of originality, securing a copyright or trademark if required, and are responsible for handling any claims of copyright infringement or plagiarism.
10. Taxes, Accounting, and Legal Documents:
You are responsible for collection, preparation, or submission of your own sales tax or accounting statements or other legal documents related to the operation of your web site, including but not limited to, reporting profits or losses, or any overhead expenses associated with the creation or development of your site.
11. Payment:
After selecting one of these plans, you can pay by check or Pay Pal. If paying by check, please allow ten business days for your U.S. check to clear, or 30 business days if located outside the U.S. Otherwise, you can pay using PayPal, even if you are not a Pay Pal customer. Pay Pal allows you to pay by all major credit cards, money transfers, and electronic checks. PayPal enables us to get started today on your web site.
12. Cancellations:
You can cancel my services after 6 months if you are paid up, but
you will have to pay $65 to have your domain name transferred to your new service provider. Delinquent accounts are not subject to being transferred until paid up.
13. Limitations:
Web sites which promote anything illegal, immoral, unethical, drugs, gambling, hatred or pornography.

14. Getting Started:
Getting started requires a pre-payment of the first 3 months. This covers direct costs to transfer your exisiting web site name, or to get your web site on the internet, or to get your web site name registered so customers can find you. Your initial set-up is free. I do not charge set-up fees like other companies. Select the web page package that best suits your needs. A. The Enterprise Starter Package - $15 per month:
Maybe you have had a free web page somewhere and now
realize you are ready for your own WWW web site domain. Your first page can be as long as want. You can have one page for your first web site for the low monthly rate of $15. This includes domain name registration, web hosting and webmaster services for a year. This offer is intended for the new person just starting out with a small part-time business, hobby, non-profit, political or personal web site. Send me your monthly changes and I will upload them for you.
B. The Budget Package - $26.75 per month:
You can have up to 10 pages for your web site. This includes domain name
registration or transfer of $40 a year, webmaster fees of $149 a year and web
hosting service of $132 a year. Send me your monthly changes and I will upload them for you. This option enables you to update your pricing, location, or pictures.
C. The Entrepreneur Package - $39.25 per month:
A web site in this category may have up to 20 web pages. This includes domain
name registration or transfer of $40 a year, webmaster fees of $299 a year and
web hosting service of $132 a year. Send me your monthly changes and I will upload them for you. This enables you to update your pricing, location, or pictures.
D. The DIY Do-It-Yourself Web Hosting Package - $19.91 per month.
This is for the person who is already his own webmaster and who wants his own
WWW web domain, but wants to personally design and upload his own web pages. The cost is $199 for web hosting up to 50 pages and $40 for domain name registration or transfer. You upload your own changes as you desire. I am available to answer your questions or to assist you in setting up or troubleshooting your pages, etc. You can still obtain design services from me at prices previously mentioned.
E. The Store Package - Write for information:
If you would like a store where you can feature hundreds or thousands of
products, such as this Ickynicks online store which I created, the starter costs are based on number of items to upload, who takes the photographs and writes the descriptions, and shopping cart setup.
